In 1988, Monster Mecanix was established to undertake a variety of special effects
projects. The company now works in conjunction with Brillig Productions, L.L.C.

Over the years, company founder Jürgen Heimann has worked on major motion
pictures, commercials, and television programs, either through his own company
or through others. He has developed a relationship with premier Hollywood
effects artist Rick Baker and has worked for him on many feature films.
