 Background:

Biographical Information: From Imagine Entertainment's THE GRINCH, with Jim Carrey, and Amblin Production's MEN IN BLACK, to junior high 8mm productions, Jürgen Heimann has lived a life of filmmaking. He has worked in several areas of the filmmaking process, including camera, animation, makeup, special effects, performance, and writing. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Motion Picture Production from Brooks Institute of Photographic Art and Science, graduating with honors and a departmental award for his short subject film entitled FRACTIONS. Over the past years, he has worked as a designer, builder, and puppeteer with effects wizards such as Rick Baker and David Allen, and is a current member of the Screen Actors Guild. He has completed three feature length screenplays - LOVE MAD, `TWAS BRILLIG, and CLAMBAKED. Each are highlighted with his usual beyond-reality point-of-view and symbolic connections. Through his company, Brillig Productions, L.L.C., he is currently producing CLAMBAKED as well as an episodic digital video program called THE PUPHEDZ, which will have a tie-in website . Also in development is the feature `TWAS BRILLIG.
